Made from high-quality regional pomace, through the double distillation process Grappa Cabernet captivates with its harmonious, fine, and fruity notes. The gentle bain-marie and the exceptional marc’s characteristics have resulted in the distillation of an intense, rich, and structured grappa whose aromas meld into velvety smoothness.
Further aging in French oak barrels gives this noble grappa additional nuances of vanilla and aromas of freshly roasted coffee. When tasted, Grappa Cabernet surprises with a complex structure, velvety on the palate, lingering and slightly woody towards the end. Faithful to its temperament, the 12 months aged Grappa Cabernet is particularly well suited to accompany a pipe or cigar.
