Open Distilleries 2026

On Sunday, 11 October 2026, from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, we are opening the doors of our distillery and inviting you to experience the world of Roner up close.

During the guided tour, step behind the scenes of our distillery, taste selected grappas, fruit distillates and liqueurs, and discover how carefully selected ingredients are transformed into exceptional moments of enjoyment.

We celebrate the art of distillation and share the variety of fragrances and aromas captured in every drop. Discover more about our craft, our heritage and the distinctive character of grappa distilled in South Tyrol.

You will also have the opportunity to meet the Roner family and our team and share a few moments together. Selected Roner specialities will accompany the day. And if you would like to stay a little longer, you can round off your visit at the Roner Winteralm with lunch or a relaxed drink in a cosy mountain setting.

Open Distilleries Day is for everyone interested in discovering our distillery up close and experiencing the world of Roner.
