- 100% Chardonnay grapes, Blanc de Blancs. Area of origin: Trento. Maturation on yeasts in bottle for 24-36 months.
- The nose expresses an intense bouquet of citrus and white flowers with sweet hints of cotton candy and brioche. On the palate an exuberant and creamy sip with complex structure and lingering finish.
- In the glass, it is bright gold in color with a fine perlage. Perfect as an aperitif with appetizers, fish, and shellfish. And surprising as a gift.
