  • Original Bauernschnaps - Farmer's grappa, traditional alpine 47% ABV grappa from mixed marc. Distilled in South Tyrol in Tramin on the Wine Road. Aged 1 year in stainless steel tanks.
  • Very fresh Pinot Noir, Schiava and St. Maddalena pomace from South Tyrol, fermented along with the wine and not pressed to make a grappa with the personality of great red wines.
  • Has an aroma of pomace, red wine and grape seeds. Very fragrant and light herbal aroma - robust taste. The personality of the great red wines at its origin, their richly fruity notes, vigorous but velvety body of great taste pleasantness characterize this grappa.
  • Recommended with bacon and strong cheeses, rye bread, smoked herring.
