WINE GROWING AREA
The vineyards of this Gewürztraminer Passito are in Termeno and Oltradige - Bassa Atesina, at 320-400 metres above sea level on clayey soil.
HARVEST AND YIELD
A few days before Christmas, the grapes are carefully selected by hand, with a production of 25 hectolitres of wine per hectare.
VINIFICATION
The fully ripe and dried grapes undergo cold maceration for about 7 hours before pressing. Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 20°C and refinement on the yeasts give this raisin wine its particular notes.
